The No.1 Bra MOT (Ministry of T*ts) is an annual reminder for you to check yourself, your health and improve your look with the best bra. We help to ensure you are wearing the correct bra size and it’s in a suitable condition to give you the comfort you need.
With allegedly 70% of women wearing the wrong size, we believe as a bra brand it’s our responsibility to empower and educate women. We want to show them just how easy it actually is to measure themselves! And if your not already in the habit of doing a breast self-examination, it also serves as a reminder to check your self for breast lumps and abnormalities, although we strongly recommend doing a breast self-examination once a month and do it on the first day of a new month is a good habit .
Women usually have a drawer full of bras, and only really wear one of them – the ‘comfy’ bra… You know the one… It’s probably stretched after washing and wearing, and we even tolerate the odd hole because it’s comfy and that’s why we choose it. Replacing it has always been a problem until now.

In Australia your bra band size is generally the same as your dress size.
This can be a great rule to follow as guide because it’s also a reminder that if your dress size changes, it’s likely your bra size has too so it’s time to get re-measured!
