You can return your brassieres or all-in-one bodies within 21 days of receipt of your shipment with the following conditions:

  • They must be unworn and in thier original condition, undamaged and with all labels and tags attached
  • The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging
  • All-in-one bodies must still have the original plastic gusset intact and untampered.

As stated on our website, you cannot return knickers to us. This is for hygiene reasons.

  • With the exception of knickers, you can exchange a product for a different size, colour or style within 21 days of receipt. The same conditions as returns apply to exchanges.
  • To get you in to your right size the fitting and exchange process is free of charge. Without a purchase, if two or more exchanges has occurred  we reserve the right to deduct an admin fee of £15 at refund
  • If you chose to use No.1 Bra’s Royal Mail returns service £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.
  • If you wish to return your order via another service at your own cost, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number as it will be your responsibility to track the return.
  • To get you in to your right size the fitting and exchange process is free of charge. Without a purchase, if two or more exchanges has occurred we reserve the right to deduct an admin fee of £15 at refund.

  • If you chose to use No.1 Bras Royal Mail returns service your exchange will be sent as soon as we are notified by Royal Mail that the order you are returning is en route.
  • If you chose to return your order via any other service at your own cost we will only be able to send your exchange once the original order has been received at our distribution centre.
  • The returns service provided can take up to 7-10 days to deliver your item to our Distribution Centre. You can track its progress using the Tracking Link provided.
  • When your returned product(s) is received at our distribution centre it is quarantined and inspected for compliance with our returns policy.
  • Once we are notified your returned product(s) comply with our returns policy, your refund and the price you paid for the returned product(s) including original delivery costs, will be reimbursed to you by the method you used for payment within 14 working days.
