You can return your brassieres or all-in-one bodies within 21 days of receipt of your shipment with the following conditions:

  • They must be unworn and in thier original condition, undamaged and with all labels and tags attached
  • The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging
  • All-in-one bodies must still have the original plastic gusset intact and untampered.

As stated on our website, you cannot return knickers to us. This is for hygiene reasons.

With the exception of knickers, you can exchange a product for a different size or colour within 21 days of receipt. The same conditions as returns apply to exchanges.

  • If you chose to use No.1 Bra’s (Hermes) returns service £3.33 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.
  • If you wish to return your order via Royal Mail we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number as it will be your responsibility to track the return.
  • You can find your nearest Hermes collection point here: Find your nearest ParcelShop
  • Your exchange will be sent as soon as we are notified by Hermes that the order you are returning is en route.
  • If you chose to return your order via Royal Mail we will only be able to send your exchange once the original order has been received at our distribution centre.
  • The returns service provided can take up to 7-10 days to deliver your item to our Distribution Centre. You can track its progress using the Tracking Link provided.
  • Once your return is received and has passed our quarantine and inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days of us receiving your product.
