How do I return?
- Enter the 'Customer Ref' from your delivery note and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?

You can return your brassieres or all-in-one bodies within 21 days of receipt of your shipment with the following conditions:
- They must be unworn and in thier original condition, undamaged and with all labels and tags attached
- The item must be in the original, undamaged packaging
- All-in-one bodies must still have the original plastic gusset intact and untampered.
As stated on our website, you cannot return knickers to us. This is for hygiene reasons.
Can I exchange an item?
With the exception of knickers, you can exchange a product for a different size or colour within 21 days of receipt. The same conditions as returns apply to exchanges.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You must use the Collect+ service provided.
How soon will I get my refund?
- The Collect+ service can take up to 7-10 days to deliver your item to our Distribution Centre. You can track its progress using the Tracking Link provided by Collect+.
- Once your return is received and has passed our quarantine and inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days of us receiving your product.
